Oak Piazza Ab CrèMe White Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a warm light cast, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A soft, matt oiled finish means there's very little glare, even in a bright room. At 1.8 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem. It's an easy fit for calmer, restful rooms and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Oak Piazza Ab CrèMe White is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
