Oak Piazza Ab Dim White Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows an open, flowing grain in a warm light tone, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and the 3.5 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. Well suited to calmer, restful rooms, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Piazza Ab Dim White is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
