Oak Piazza Cd Smoked Dark Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak carries a broad, characterful figure in a dark cast, with clear movement board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. Hard enough to take chair legs and dropped pans. All in all, a practical floor that should wear in rather than out.

Installation Advice
Oak Piazza Cd Smoked Dark is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
