Oak Prague Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows an open, flowing grain in a grey tone, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. A practical choice for calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
Oak Prague is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
