Oak Sanssouci Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak shows an open, flowing grain in a copper brown tone, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish on a stable engineered core means the sheen stays low and matt rather than glossy, while the core moves far less than solid wood. At 2.4 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Hard enough to resist dents from furniture and daily footfall.

Installation Advice
Oak Sanssouci is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
