Oak Soave Natural Living Plus Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak has a broad, characterful figure, with clear movement board to board. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and the 36 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. It suits open-plan living, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It should settle into open-plan living and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Soave Natural Living Plus is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
