Oak Soave White Living Plus Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a light brown cast, oak shows an open, flowing grain, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A pale, white-washed finish means the surface is sealed but stays light, and there's a full 36 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. Well suited to open-plan living, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. Expect it to wear in nicely across open-plan living.

Installation Advice
Oak Soave White Living Plus is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
