Oak Soft Texture Rustikal Classic 3060 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Wide oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft light brown, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish over a stable engineered core means the sheen stays low and matt rather than glossy, while the core rides out the damp-and-dry swing of a British year. At 2.2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. It works well in open-plan living, and underfloor heating is no problem. Its stable core makes it a safer choice than solid wood where damp or heat come into play.

Installation Advice
Oak Soft Texture Rustikal Classic 3060 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
