Oak Soft Texture Rustikal Classic 3025 Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a light brown tone, with strong rustic character from board to board. Across the level surface the grain reads clearly. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and its 25 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.4 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It suits open-plan living, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It's an easy fit for open-plan living and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Oak Soft Texture Rustikal Classic 3025 is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
