Oak Studio Ab White Matt Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a white tone, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
Oak Studio Ab White Matt is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
