Oak Studio Ab White Oiled Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a white cast, smooth oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Oak Studio Ab White Oiled is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
