3-Strip 13.2 mm Oak Transparent Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means a wipe with a damp mop is about all it asks, and the 2.7 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 13.2 mm Oak Transparent Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
