3-Strip 14 mm Oak Transparent Finale Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak has a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A protective matt lacquer sits over a stable engineered core, and the core moves far less than solid wood. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 14 mm Oak Transparent Finale is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
