3-Strip 13.2 mm Oak Transparent Finale Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak has a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. Across the level surface the grain reads clearly. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too.

Installation Advice
3-Strip 13.2 mm Oak Transparent Finale is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
