Oak Turmeric Plank Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a warm light cast, textured oak shows an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer on a real-wood veneer over a stable base means a wipe with a damp mop is about all it asks, while the core stays flat thanks to its layered base. At 2.0 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It works well in busy kitchens and hallways, and underfloor heating is no problem. It adds up to a hard-wearing floor on a core that stays put, the kind that takes daily use in its stride.

Installation Advice
Oak Turmeric Plank is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
