Oak Undula Espresso Living Plus Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a brown cast, oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with clear movement board to board. A protective matt lacquer over a stable engineered core means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, while the core holds its line through winter heating and summer damp. At 2.2 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Undula Espresso Living Plus is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
