Oak Yarrow Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak has an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish over a stable engineered core means the colour mellows a little with daily use, and its 2.6 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. Tough enough to shrug off chair legs and dropped pans. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Oak Yarrow is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
