Oak Kalahari Rustikal Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak shows an open, flowing grain in a brown tone, with strong rustic character from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and the 36 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. Well suited to open-plan living, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. It's an easy fit for open-plan living and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Oak Kalahari Rustikal is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
