Oak Kalahari White Rustikal Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a brown cast, wide oak shows an open, flowing grain, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Below the surface, it moves far less than solid wood. At 2.2 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. Well suited to open-plan living, and it can go down over underfloor heating. That stability is the real argument for it over a solid floor.

Installation Advice
Oak Kalahari White Rustikal is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
