Oak Tanami Character Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft brown, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish sits over a stable engineered core, and the core holds its line through winter heating and summer damp. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. The steady core is what lets it cope where solid boards would struggle.

Installation Advice
Oak Tanami Character is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
