Pinzon Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a brown cast, textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use. At 1.9 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. Well suited to busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating.

Installation Advice
Pinzon Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
