Plank 138 Oak Grey Pepper Animoso Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak carries an open, flowing grain, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. Underfoot there's a light texture rather than a flat, sanded face. A protective matt lacquer sits on a stable engineered core, and the core won't cup or gap the way a solid board can. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. Put together, it's a tough surface on a steady core that should take years of use without complaint.

Installation Advice
Plank 138 Oak Grey Pepper Animoso is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
