Plank 138 Oak Transparent Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries an open, flowing grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A protective matt lacquer over a stable engineered core means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It adds up to a hard-wearing floor on a core that stays put, the kind that takes daily use in its stride.

Installation Advice
Plank 138 Oak Transparent Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
