Plank 138 Oak White Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak shows an open, flowing grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A protective matt lacquer means the surface shrugs off the odd splash, and the 3.5 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem.

Installation Advice
Plank 138 Oak White Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
