Plank 181 Oak Sand Animoso Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak has an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer over a stable engineered core means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, while the core won't cup or gap the way a solid board can. At 2.2 m long, long runs draw the eye down the room. The result is a floor built to be walked on, not tiptoed around.

Installation Advice
Plank 181 Oak Sand Animoso is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
