Plank 181 Oak Transparent Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface. At 2.2 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too.

Installation Advice
Plank 181 Oak Transparent Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
