Textured oak shows an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A protective matt lacquer means a wipe with a damp mop is about all it asks. At 2.2 m long, they suit a larger room. All in all, a practical floor that should wear in rather than out.

Installation Advice
Plank 181 Oak Warm Grey Animoso is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
