Plank 181 Oak White Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak shows an open, flowing grain, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A smooth surface suits a clean, pared-back room. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. Well suited to calmer, restful rooms, and it can go down over underfloor heating. It should settle into calmer, restful rooms and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Plank 181 Oak White Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
