Plank 181 Oak White Andante Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak carries an open, flowing grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and its 2.7 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. At 2.2 m long, the room reads calmer with fewer lines across it. It suits calmer, restful rooms, and underfloor heating is no problem. Expect it to wear in nicely across calmer, restful rooms.

Installation Advice
Plank 181 Oak White Andante is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
