Plank Castle Oak Indian Summer Vivo Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Textured oak carries an open, flowing grain, with clear movement board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. At 2.2 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. All in all, a practical floor that should wear in rather than out.

Installation Advice
Plank Castle Oak Indian Summer Vivo is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
