Prestige Maple Can. Transparent Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level maple carries a subtle, close grain, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Sanded flat, the surface has nothing to catch underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means scuffs are easy to miss across the low sheen, and there's a full 3.5 mm of wear layer to sand back before any refinish. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it's happy over underfloor heating too.

Installation Advice
Prestige Maple Can. Transparent Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
