Prestige Maple Can. Transparent Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level maple carries a subtle, close grain, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A protective matt lacquer means the seal takes the brunt of daily traffic, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. A herringbone pattern draws the eye and works in both period and modern rooms. It works well in calmer, restful rooms, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating.

Installation Advice
Prestige Maple Can. Transparent Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
