Prestige Oak Transparent Smoked Nature Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. Sanded flat, the surface has nothing to catch underfoot. A protective matt lacquer means spills and scuffs wipe straight off the sealed surface, and its 3.5 mm wear layer can be sanded back rather than replaced. Laid in herringbone, the boards form a classic angled pattern that rewards a larger space. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Prestige Oak Transparent Smoked Nature is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
