Pure Oak Wide Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Smooth oak carries a broad, characterful figure, with a calm, even grade from board to board. A protective matt lacquer on a real-wood veneer over a stable base means footprints barely show on the matt surface, and the 0.6 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. At 1.8 m long, there are fewer breaks to interrupt the grain. Dropping into place over underlay with no adhesive. It adds up to a hard-wearing floor on a core that stays put, the kind that takes daily use in its stride.

Installation Advice
Pure Oak Wide is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
