Rydal Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a brown cast, textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Brushing helps everyday scuffs vanish into the grain. A soft, matt oiled finish means the sheen stays low and matt rather than glossy. At 1.9 m long, they cover ground quickly when laying. It suits busy kitchens and hallways, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. It should settle into busy kitchens and hallways and stay looking right for years.

Installation Advice
Rydal Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
