Level oak shows a broad, characterful figure in a golden tone, with a calm, even grade from board to board. With a 4 mm wear layer, there's real timber on top, not a printed layer. Well suited to busy kitchens and hallways, and it can go down over underfloor heating. Expect it to wear in nicely across busy kitchens and hallways.

Installation Advice
Saddle Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
