Tanami Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a white cast, textured oak shows a broad, characterful figure, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It works well in busy kitchens and hallways, and it's rated to sit over underfloor heating. It's an easy fit for busy kitchens and hallways and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Tanami Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
