Oak Grey Whitewashed Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Brushed oak shows an open, flowing grain in a light grey tone. Raised grain adds a little grip underfoot. Its 3 mm wear layer means it can be sanded back and refinished years down the line. At 225 mm wide, it gives a more open, less busy floor. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Oak Grey Whitewashed is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
