Westbury Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
In a grey cast, brushed oak shows an open, flowing grain, with the full range of natural marks from board to board. A brushed surface has a more traditional, worked look. Its 6 mm wear layer means it can be sanded back and refinished years down the line. A practical choice for busy kitchens and hallways, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. It's an easy fit for busy kitchens and hallways and should age well there.

Installation Advice
Westbury Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
