Oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft brown, with plenty of knots and colour variation from board to board. A clear, sealed finish means it stands up to heavy footfall. At 2.2 m long, fewer end joints break up the floor. It's a straightforward, hard-working floor at heart.

Installation Advice
Cinnamon Oak Extra Matt - Palazzo is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
