Eltham Walnut Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level walnut carries a dark, layered figure in a brown cast, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means it sits in the grain and still feels like timber underfoot, and the 3.6 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. All in all, a practical floor that should wear in rather than out.

Installation Advice
Eltham Walnut is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
