Sloane Smoked Oak Engineered Hardwood Flooring
Level oak has an open, flowing grain, a soft brown, with subtle, consistent tone from board to board. A soft, matt oiled finish means the colour mellows a little with daily use, and the 3.6 mm wear layer leaves room to refinish rather than replace. It suits busy kitchens and hallways, and it's happy over underfloor heating too. Expect it to wear in nicely across busy kitchens and hallways.

Installation Advice
Sloane Smoked Oak is a real-wood engineered floor that can be floated over underlay or fully bonded to the subfloor, depending on the room and build-up. For a flawless, long-lasting finish we recommend professional fitting by our experienced Edinburgh joiners.
- Acclimatise the boards in the room for 48-72 hours before fitting
- Check the subfloor is clean, dry, level and moisture-tested
- Float over a quality underlay, or bond with the correct flexible adhesive
- Leave the recommended expansion gap around the perimeter
- Finish neatly with matching beading, scotia or thresholds
